At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
